    Cancel contract

    As a consumer, you can use this form to cancel your contract with us electronically (§ 356a BGB). The process is two-step: first you enter your details, then you finally confirm the cancellation in the next step.

    We will send your legally required receipt to this address.

    Note: In the next step you will see a summary of your entries. Your cancellation is only legally submitted once you click "Confirm cancellation". You will receive an immediate email receipt with the date and time of submission.
